  • get back into foraging

  • only use homemade condiments
  • get back to sourdough bread regularly

  • 003 Gave away dishes to former roommate
  • 004 1 large box of shoes and clothes to Goodwill (9/9/11)
  • 005 2 boxes clothes and shoes to Goodwill (12/1/11)

Maybe Someday I'll...

-- bake bread regularly (happy starter and first loaves 10/9/11)
-- learn to make cheese, yogurt, etc.
-- switch to cloth over paper
-- remember to bring reusable bags shopping
-- store 6 months of food/water
-- save money
-- get a spinning wheel and loom!
-- stop buying clothes
-- grow vegetables
-- own land
-- own chickens
-- own goats (herd is started 4/10/10)
