Tea
OMG I'm totally going to try to grow tea when I get my farmstead -- with the zones changing, temps warming up overall, and a little care, I could probably get it to grow -- and have my own tea! (*glee)
I had given it up that tea/coffee was going to be one of those things that I could never be sustainable with -- but if they can get tea to grow in Washington State, I think I'll manage in New England. ... just with maybe a little pampering.
We are addicted to tea around here, it's like my coffee. Mmm!
