Why do cats like to get in the dishwasher. My son and daughter brought home a mom cat and her four kittens over the holidays. Since the kids live in a small apartment we took the cats. They love to get in the dishwasher and I have to be very careful when I close it up to run a load that I am not washing a cat by mistake.
He wasn't even doing anything! Just sitting on the door. Like ya do. He luckily has not discovered the appeal of dryers -- because then we WOULD do a load with a cat in it!
